Career Guidance & Placement Cell
St.Thomas Arts and Science College has a dedicated Placement & Training Cell which conducts various training sessions on Personality Development, Team work, Aptitude and Career Guidance for the Students to enhance & brush up their skills. We also conducts placement drives / campus recruitments in association with major recruiters in the field of Information Technology, Hospitatlity, Aviation, BPO etc.
Mission of Placement Cell
- Providing career oriented training, guidance and job opportunities to students through various training programmes and recruitment drives.
- Soft skill & Personality Development training sessions on continuous basis to the students from 1st year to final year.
- Expert Special lectures for the benefit of the students and the staff members.
- Career counselling and awareness programs on various job opportunities for students of different streams.
- Recruitment aid to students in various companies on the campus or off campus.
